Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ap133 platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before using any ap133 service.
Clause 01
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the ap133 Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. ap133 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be under the required age. Any Funds held in an underage Account may be forfeited.
ap133 is designed and operated primarily for players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your use of the Platform does not violate applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
Important: Indonesian law restricts certain forms of online gambling. ap133 operates as an internationally licensed platform and makes no representation that its services are lawful in Indonesia under domestic law. Players access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local regulations.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on ap133. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Funds held therein.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on ap133:

To access betting and gaming services on ap133, a Player must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide a valid username, email address, date of birth, and preferred payment method. All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. ap133 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. ap133 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact ap133 support immediately at [email protected].
ap133 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed — and at ap133's discretion at any time — you may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the Account.
ap133 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where ap133 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where an Account is closed for cause, ap133 may withhold any Funds held in the Account pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause, any remaining verified Funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
Clause 04
ap133 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported payment methods include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. ap133 does not accept credit card payments or cryptocurrency transfers. All payment channels are subject to availability, and ap133 reserves the right to add or remove supported methods at any time.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the ap133 Platform and may vary by payment method. Maximum transaction limits are applied on a per-transaction and per-day basis. ap133 may apply enhanced limits to accounts that have not completed KYC verification. All limits are denominated in IDR and subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to the Player's Account within 5–15 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the payment provider. ap133 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not credited within 60 minutes, the Player should contact support with proof of payment.
Withdrawals are processed by ap133 within the operating hours of 08:00–24:00 WIB, seven days a week. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of these hours will be queued for processing at the next available opportunity. ap133 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–30 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallets, and 30–120 minutes for bank transfers. ap133 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into the same Account, or to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ap133 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, irrespective of the Player's verification status at the time of the request.
Note on Bonus Funds: Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Refer to Clause 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) and the specific terms of each promotion for full details.
ap133 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside ap133's control. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own financial institutions.
Clause 05
ap133 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.
Most bonuses on ap133 are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements; wagers placed with bonus credit do not count.
ap133 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and using software or automated tools to exploit promotional mechanics. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and permanent closure of the Account.
Bonus credits and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. ap133 will not compensate Players for bonuses forfeited due to inactivity within the validity period.
ap133 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. ap133 further reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus granted in error or under circumstances that ap133 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Clause 06
All wagers placed on ap133 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players accept that game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) in the case of virtual games, and by live events in the case of sports betting and live dealer games. ap133 does not guarantee any particular outcome and has no obligation to explain individual game results.
Sports betting markets on ap133 cover domestic Indonesian competitions including BRI Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, as well as international leagues including the EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Champions League. Additional markets cover badminton, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), esports, and other disciplines. Bet settlement is governed by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a result dispute or data feed error, ap133 reserves the right to void the affected market and return stakes to Players.
For mixed-leg parlay betting — known colloquially in Indonesia as mix parlay (a multi-leg accumulator bet) — all individual legs must be settled as winners for the bet to pay out. If any leg is voided, that leg is removed from the parlay and the remaining legs are settled accordingly. Minimum and maximum stake amounts for mix parlay bets are displayed at the time of bet placement.
Live casino games on ap133, including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and game show titles powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, are subject to the rules of each respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, the round will be voided and stakes returned. ap133 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ap133 Platform:
ap133 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Clause 09
All content on the ap133 Platform — including but not limited to the ap133 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data feeds — is the property of ap133 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ap133 Platform without the prior written consent of ap133. Unauthorized use of ap133's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Clause 10
ap133 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. ap133 shall not be liable for any losses, including lost betting opportunities, arising from Platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ap133's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall ap133 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ap133 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ap133 is not liable for any failure, error, or interruption in services provided by third-party payment processors, game studio software, or data feed providers that form part of the overall Platform experience. Such third-party services are provided "as is" and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
Clause 11
ap133 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read together with this document. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ap133 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player financial data is never stored in plain text and is handled in accordance with applicable data security standards. ap133 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personally identifiable information to third parties except as required for the provision of the Services (such as identity verification partners and payment processors) or as required by law.
Clause 12
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ap133 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through ap133's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. ap133 acknowledges that Players located in Indonesia access the Platform subject to Indonesian law, and Players are reminded that it is their sole responsibility to comply with applicable local regulations.
Clause 13
ap133 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, and a notice will be displayed on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the updated terms taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange the closure of your Account.
